Students in Iran continue protests over 19-year-old’s murder on campus for second day

Iranian students continued to protest against the fatal robbery of a 19-year-old student on campus last Saturday.

Amir Mohammad Karegi, a 19-year-old business student at Tehran University, was killed in a robbery near a campus dorm on Wednesday, sparking protests on Friday.

Local media said protesters accused school officials of failing to keep students safe on campus.

Protesters clashed with police near the location where they were killed outside their college dorms on Friday by two unknown robbers.
