The transgender immigrants that federal immigration officials wanted were allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in New York on Tuesday.

According to the report New York PostPolice said 30-year-old Nicole Suarez allegedly chased the boy and raped him in the Bodega bathroom across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park in Manhattan.
The outlet then said the 14-year-old left the toilet and flagged witnesses who warned police.
The next day, Suarez was arrested and charged with first-degree rape.
Suarez was wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts at the time of the incident, according to law enforcement.
The US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) also had detainees among the suspects. This requires law enforcement agencies to obtain federal custody rights to retain individuals, the outlet reported.
The charges Suarez faces out of state have not been made public.
