“When it comes to politics, he doesn't know his ass from the hole in the ground. He's working on it, and there's nothing left in the Democrats and no talent, so how does he run as a Democrat? He's running his awful mouth about what he has to do,” Kerrville said. “Steven A, are you slapping me? I mean, I say you're friends with you. [Democratic Maryland Gov.] Wes Moore and you say you are friends [Democratic Pennsylvania Gov.] Josh Shapiro. I'm friends with both. I think they are truly extraordinary, talented people, but I got the news for you, guys – there are six or seven other people in the Democrats who are talented. ”

“So, before you start running your fucking mouth about politics, you're really a topic you don't know anything about, you sit down and think about it, call some people and run it by them. It should,” he continued. “But don't let your political stupidity get in your honest way, and I often have an insightful view of American sports. About sports. I enjoy it. I'm, I like it, but I'm no longer talking about politics, making fun of myself.”

Smith received 2% support in January Opinion survey McLaughlin & Associates asked participants to select their preferred candidate for the 2028 Democratic presidential primary. He was tied up with Moore, chasing Shapiro one by one, with former vice president Kamala Harris leading with 33% support.

In Smith's Monday episode, he said he's going to blame those who view him as a candidate for the 2028 Democratic primary.

“Yeah, there's no one. You don't have one. Who got it? Who got it? Kamala Harris is better not to run,” he said. “She's better not to run. She's not going to win the presidency in 2028.”
