Reality star fires back at Stefon Diggs after extortion lawsuit

Mia Jones, a real-life star also known as Mulan Hernandez, claimed that the star's recipient was “attacked from behind” by Stefon Diggs after he allegedly claimed he was “threatened with a deadly weapon” during the June 7 incident.

Jones claimed that Diggs assaulted her, which led to a concussion. According to TMZ“Domestic violence is something no one wants. [and] Everything that happens in the dark becomes light. ”

Diggs filed a lawsuit this week in Harris County, Texas. Jones claimed he had a “casual” relationship in the months leading up to the incident, but punched his chest in addition to suspicions of threats and fear.

He also claimed that Jones, who previously appeared in “Basketball Wife Orlando,” and her friend Brianna “Briy” Mac, had destroyed the watch and gaming system, and refused to let them leave.

“There was a threat [Jones] He had to pay her or she was going to publicly ruin his career,” Diggs' lawyer Kent Schaffer said. He told the Houston Chronicle. “We're like when the threat has to stop, so the decision was made to go ahead and file. At some point, it just has to end.”

The lawsuit alleges that Jones went to hospital twice after the incident. According to Chronicle, it was the first of “nausea and vomiting” after “long party nights,” and the second claimed that he was “punched behind his head with a closed fist.”

Diggs' lawsuit alleges that Jones denied “all kind of physical abuse” during his first visit, according to Chronicle, and his lawyers denied allegations of physical violence.

With his former fifth pick at age 31, the Diggs tore the ACL in October, finishing their only season with the Texans.

The six 1,000-yard receiver became free agent.
