The former stepmother of a California woman said she was fleeing to allegedly murdering Captain Cal Fire's wife, but she said she was “scared” of her.
The mother of James Joseph Oleziniczach Jr., fatally stabbed by Yolanda Malody, shared an interaction with her former stepdaughter before killing her son in 2000.
“My son was a good guy. He wanted everyone to say that about his child, but my long boy was my good boy,” his mother, Nancy Haworth, said. KGTV.
Hayworth described Malody as “scary,” and was Rebecca “Becki” Malody, 49, captain Calfire, who was found dead after being stabbed to death at her home on February 17th, and her son's murder resembles a creepy look.
“Scary, very scary, she scares me,” Hayworth said. “She always has it.”

Hayworth said she only met Malody once, but she said “sometimes a little immature and she wouldn't be happy if all the attention was on her.”
Before her release in 2013, she served in prison for more than 13 years on voluntary manslaughter charges, according to the California Department of Amendments and Rehabilitation. Hayworth said it wasn't enough time to kill her 13 years in prison.
“I thought how you could take someone else's life, only take it a few years later, and then you could live your life. My son would never have it,” Hayworth said.

Yolanda Malodi's Oreziniczach's murder has come nearly 25 years since Rebecca Malodi was stabbed to death at her home on February 17th.

The San Diego Sheriff's Office believes Yolanda Malodi is driving a Silver 2013 Chevrolet Equinox using the California license plate “8BQJ420.” Officials said she is also believed to be traveling with a small white dog.
Deputies said Yolanda is about 5'2″ tall, weighs 166 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. She is said to have tattoos on both the upper right and left arms.

Authorities believe she fled to Mexico. The Department of Homeland Security reported that she found her car across the border.
“At this point, Oreziniczack's location is unknown. Due to the abundant caution, the Sheriff's Office has warned authorities on both sides of the border about the suspect,” the Sheriff's Office said in a statement.
