Martina Navratilova Savages Dems for Voting Against Keeping Males Out of Women’s Sports

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova has blown up US Senate Democrats, doing her best to abandon a bill that would block men from girls and women's sports.

Republican-led Upper Chamber has published “Protections of Women and Girls in the Sports Act of 2025” (HR 28) for Monday's vote to beat the Democrats' filibuster on the bill. But Democrats are standing firm and the measure was not passed, winning only 51 of the 60 votes needed to pass the bill to the next stage.

The refusal of men to support the bill to keep men out of women's sports infuriated tennis legends, and Nabratilova jumped on social media to blow up the left-wing senator.

“I dislike Democrats completely failing women and girls with this very clear question of women's sport only for women,” Navratilova wrote in an X post.

“You need to step up here. I agree, but I know a lot of people who are afraid to talk about for reelection. I say, do the right thing. Grow your spine,” she added in another post. Fox News It has been reported.

Navratilova, an otherwise very fundamental leftist, was a solid supporter of keeping men identifying women from women's sports.

Senate Republicans are trying to leave the bill to Tommy Tuberville, a Republican Alabama, to a few weeks of votes. The bill is an attempt to codify President Donald Trump's presidential order and subsequent re-creation of the federal Title IX rules. Formal laws are required to codify Trump's orders. Because if the law is not passed, a future president can write yet another executive order to bring men back into women's sports again.

It is this effort that is trying to ensure that Democrats can overturn the ban on transgender athletes in women's sports when they ultimately acquire another Democrat in the White House.
