Trump’s Ed Dept Warns Dozens Of Schools About ‘Potential Enforcement Actions’ For Failing To Protect Jewish Students

The Ministry of Education sent a letter to 60 universities on Monday about the outcomes of failing to protect Jewish students on campus.

The letter was sent to universities, including Yale, Harvard University, and the University of Michigan, currently investigating anti-Semitic events and possible Title VI violations. According to In a press release for the department.

“The department is extremely disappointed that Jewish students studying on elite US campuses continue to fear safety amid a ruthless anti-Semitic eruption that has significantly disrupted campus life for over a year. University leaders need to do better,” Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in the announcement. “U.S. universities and universities benefit from the enormous public investment funded by US taxpayers. That support is a privilege and conditional on strict compliance with the federal anti-discrimination laws.”

Several universities have been accused of malicious civil rights violations of allowing pro-Palestinian activists to continue harassing Jewish students since the start of the Israel-Gaza War. Protesters gathered at countless universities across the country to support Hamas, pitched illegal multiple weekly camps, disrupted the university's functions and harassed Jewish students.

Linda McMahon will listen after President Donald Trump, a Republican presidential candidate, spoke after he declared the winner at the election night clock party at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Palm Beach, Florida, early on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

The Trump administration has already drawn hundreds of millions of dollars from Columbia University for violations of civil rights law, allowing fire-filling protests across campus for more than a year. The protests in Colombia led to the arrests of hundreds after demonstrators overtook campus buildings and maintained illegal camps. Division in early February announcement After a House Committee on Education and a workforce investigation concluded that university leaders had “overwhelmingly failed” in responding to anti-Semitic events on campus, they began investigating five universities: Columbia, Columbia, Northwestern, Portland State University, University of California and the University of Minnesota. The additional 55 universities, announced Monday, said they are all under investigation or oversight due to complaints filed with the department's Civil Rights Office.

In an effort to shut down violent protests, the US State Department reportedly plans to use artificial intelligence (AI) to demonstrate support for Hamas and other terrorist organizations and use data to help revoke student visas.
