The Michigan baseball player celebrated the huge hit with a controversial act on 3 base.
At the bottom of the second inning, infielder Mitch Voight came to the plate with the base loaded as Wolverine led 2-0.
Voit had the opportunity to put the USC Trojan on thin ice early, but that's exactly what he did, tearing the triple apart from the base.

After sliding into the 3 base, Voit saw the white powder, the chalk on the foul line, and pretended to suck it, just like the white powder of cocaine.
The celebration gained some traction on social media, but apparently some of it was negative and forced Voit to apologise for his actions.

“I would like to apologise for my actions at 3 base yesterday. I made an immature decision in the heat of the moment,” Voit said. “The gestures I made do not reflect my character, the home I grew up in, or the block M that I represent in any way. I take full responsibility for what I did.
Voit was a two-way player in his first two seasons with the Wolverines, hitting .281 with .871 OPS while pitching to a 4.67 ERA in that range. But he's off the mound, so he rules with the plate.
In 19 games this season, Voit has reached .451 with 1.393 OPS. His six stolen basses are already one at a time than all of last season when he played 59 games.
