Has a federal judge in Washington, DC Temporarily prohibited The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is pulling back billions of dollars with grants that fund climate-friendly projects.

The Trump administration has tried to end grants, which are part of the $20 billion climate program, claiming “.Waste, fraud, abuse.”

However, former President Obama's appointee, Judge Tanya Chatkan, discovered that the agency was. We cannot provide evidence of fraud.

She said officials “have no specific information regarding such investigations, no de facto support for the decision, or individual explanations for each plaintiff.”

“This is insufficientThe judge added.

Chutkan ordered that the EPA's decision to terminate the grant could not come into effect and that the funding-holding agencies and Citibank cannot be transferred elsewhere.
