Peter Navarro Explains Trump’s ‘3D War on Inflation’

Navarro: Trump is fixing real factors in inflation

Peter Navarro I didn't write any words about fighting inflation. in an Exclusive interview At the White House Alex Marlow Show The podcast, hosted by Alex Marlow, a co-author of Trump's senior trade and economic advisor, laid out exactly how the administration thinks about inflation and why the media is wrong.

Navarro explains that inflation is described as an economic war, a strategy he calls, in which the administration is fighting in three important aspects. “Trump's 3D war against inflation.”

“This is a three-dimensional battle,” explained Navarro. “We're chasing inflation Deregulation, domestic energy, and Biden's overexpense reimbursement. That's how we win. ”

“Inflation is not primarily about tariffs,” Navarro argues. “that's right Red herring The media wants you to focus on. The real drivers are government overreach, energy costs and reckless spending. That's what Trump is fixing. ”

Trump's 3D battle with inflation

For Navarro, Cut the government's deficit It's the key to reducing costs across the economy. He argues that overregulation suffocated businesses and pushed up consumer prices. “Every dollar a business spends on unnecessary regulations is dollars that are not as good as hiring workers, wage increases and consumer costs,” he explains. Trump's approach is simple. “It cuts out the deficit, makes your business thriving, and prices drop.”

Energy policy is another pillar of the administration's plan. Navarro doesn't hesitate when discussing its importance. “Energy costs are the basis of inflationHe declares. Under Biden, oil and gas prices have risen due to drilling and pipeline restrictions. Food, Manufacturing, Transport – you give it a name. Under Trump, we're going to open up the spigots again and lower those prices. ”

He points out Fertilizer Cost As an example. “We can't grow food without fertilizer. Fertilizer is made from oil. Biden's energy policy promotes those costs through the roof, and guess who paid it? All Americans in the grocery store. “A drop in energy prices has a ripple effect across the economy, he argues.

But Navarro doesn't stop there. He's dull The role of reckless government spending in promoting inflation. “Biden's trillion dollar spending has thrown gasoline into an inflation fire. We're going to put it out,” he explains Trump's strategy is to curb federal spending, reduce deficits, and reduce borrowing costs. “Lower spending means lower interest rates, lower mortgage rates, lower credit card fees. We're removing Washington's weight from the economy.

Media's “darkness and fate” story about inflation is wrong

Navarro rejects Mainstream media warnings regarding inflationThey accused them of “trying to destabilize the Trump administration.” He argues that their obsession with tariffs is designed to mislead the public. “They don't want you to focus on how Biden has destroyed the economy. They just want to scare you about Trump's policies,” he said.

He points it out Trump's approach worked previously. “In the first semester, real wages rose, especially in the working class. Biden overturned that, but we're going to fix it again,” Narvaro said.

Navarro's message is clear: the economic outlook under Trump is strong. “Reducing the costs of doing business, reducing energy costs, and reducing wasteful spending will lower inflation and increase wages,” he explained.

The administration sees this as follows: Long-term structural modificationsit's not just a short-term response. “This is not about responding to inflation, it's about it. Win the war Just once for that. ”

Trump is not defending inflation. He's attacking it

Navarro asserts that mainstream media is pushing false narratives. “They want you to think that tariffs are an issue. They don't. Inflation is Energy, regulations, and spending– And Trump is working on all three. ”

The interview, conducted within the White House, provides critical insight into how Trump's team thinks about economic policy. To make Navarro's words clear, The government is not defending. It's under attack.
