Justin Baldoni’s lawyer hits back at Blake Lively’s ‘abhorrent’ attempt to toss lawsuit, vows to hold her ‘accountable’

Justin Bardoni's lawyer says Blake Lively's request to dismiss his case is “abhorrent” and she needs to be bound as “responsible.”

After the actress's lawyer slammed the director's $400 million defamatory lawsuit as “revenge and rambling,” and asked to throw it to court, Brian Friedman responded in his own statement.

“Riley's recent motion to dismiss herself from the self-intimate disaster she has begun is one of the most abominable examples of abuse of our legal system.” I told people Late Thursday.

“Strict rules have been introduced to protect innocent people and enable individuals to justify themselves. The law is not intended to be twisted and curated by privileged elites to fit their personal agenda.”

He also addressed Ryan Reynolds' request to dismiss Bardoni's case and said, “As I said yesterday in response to Mr Reynolds' same coronavirus measures, we will continue to be active responsible for her actions of pure maliciousness, including falsely denouncement of harassment and retaliation on my clients.

“Her fantastical claims will be exposed quickly as discoveries progress and are easily disproved with evidence of actual evidence.”

Lively's lawyers booked it to court and demanded that the judge dismiss the “Jane The Virgin” star's case against her, claiming it was “a deep abuse of legal proceedings that do not exist in federal courts.”

“The law prohibits weaponizing such honour-related litigation cases, which prohibits retaliation against those who filed legal claims or individuals who publicly spoke about sexual harassment and retaliation.”

Regarding Lively's request to dismiss the lawsuit, Friedman said, “We will continue to take lively responsibility for purely malicious behavior, including falsely denouncement of harassment and retaliation on our clients.” GC images

She also argued that under California law, she is “supportedly protected by each of the privileges of litigation, fair reporting and sexual harassment.”

She further denounced her co-stars for $400 million in damages, claiming that Bardoni and his Wayfarer Studios co-commander “do not even try to explain the foundations of that and do not specifically claim the so-called injury.”

The “Gossip Girl” alumni also vehemently denied Bardoni's forced Bardoni, saying that those claims arise “from the exact same category of protected speeches that do not support honor loss.”

Her lawyers, Mike Gottlieb and Esla Hudson, told Page 6: Lively to pay the damage.

“In other words, in grand self-ownership, the attempts of wayfarer parties to sue “living” to “forget” only brings more responsibility to them, and deserves it given what they did. ”

Lively's request for firing was caught in the footsteps of her own husband, Reynolds, asking the court to stop Bardoni's defamation lawsuit against him.

Friedman also denounced the move, saying that Reynolds “a haughty desire to be rejected from the case despite his publicly documented involvement, despite its widespread beyond being a “supportive spouse.”

“Reynolds was a key player in the scheme,” Friedman added, claiming that the Marvel actor's fingerprints were “all throughout this smear campaign against Justin and the wayfarer team.”

“Reynolds is now trying to reduce the obviously recognizable claims that it “harms emotions” and send a clear message that bullying is acceptable. After lit up the match, Reynolds is now trying to escape the flames.

Bardoni, 41, and Lively, 37, have been involved in a legal battle since December 2024. The “Simple Favor” star spoke about a lawsuit that made inappropriate sexual comments to her about the California Civil Rights Office complaint and subsequent “end with us,” as well as past porn addiction and other claims.

The director denied all allegations made by Lively in an honor-loss lawsuit that named a Hollywood couple who have been married since 2012 and have shared four children.
