President Donald Trump has announced that he has revoked security clearance and access to confidential information from people such as former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris and former Secretary of State.
Trump also revealed that he has revoked security clearances for former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, former Liz Cheney (R-WY), and the “other members of the Biden family.”
“I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to access the classified information: Antony Blinken, Jacob Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Andrew Weissman, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Sinnay, Adam Kinzinger, Adam Kinzinger, Adam Kinzinger, Biden Jr., and other members of the family of Joseph R. Biden Jr.,” Trump said. “Therefore, I direct all enforcement departments and agents to take all additional measures consistent with existing laws to revoke the aggressive security clearance held by the aforementioned individuals and immediately revoke access to classified information.
Breitbart News previously reported that Trump had revoked Biden's security clearance in February and explained that he “doesn't need to continue access to classified information.”
Trump previously announced that he has revoked security clearances for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, New York State Attorney Letitia James and Blinken.
