PA city worker accused of staging ‘hate crime’ hoax after allegedly planting noose at her desk

Police say Pennsylvania workers were accused of staging a fake “hate crime” on Monday as she allegedly planted a rope on her desk.

Allentown City Hall employee Latarsha Brown was charged with a pair of crime counts after DNA was drawn from Nous, where she belonged, authorities said — although one of her companions claims she is innocent.
