Exclusive: The man accused of harboring threats to killing President Donald Trump has been found to have threatened Rep. Nance Mace, the source of the matter who told Fox News Digital, to Rep. Rs.C.
Mace’s office was notified by U.S. Capitol Police that Shawn Monper of Butler, Pennsylvania, threatened her on social media in January, sources said.
The man is said to have written about Mace on YouTube. [sic] Of garbage. ”

Mace is believed to be the only member of the Congress that has been targeted by the suspect, sources told Fox News Digital.
It is not immediately clear why Mace, an outspoken Trump ally, was threatened.
But it arises amid concerns about the escalation of threats to elected officials on either side of the aisle.
Trump, who was targeted for two assassination attempts in the 2024 election, was targeted by Momper in a series of YouTube threats, according to a release from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The FBI has received emergency disclosures regarding threats posted to YouTube by user “Mr Satan,” according to the release.
Monper also obtained a firearm permit for Trump’s inauguration “quickly” and posted it in February under the aforementioned username.
A March post showed that Monper threatens mass shootings.
Further posts revealed by federal authorities show he is targeting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials and Elon Musk, the release said.

The US Secret Service was also warned of the suspect’s threat to Mace, sources told Fox News Digital.

Capitol Police said they would not comment on any potential investigations when they reached for confirmation.
Mace’s office did not immediately return a request for comment.
