The American, who was a hostage in Iran, called for the hypocrisy of New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker for taking action to immigrate from El Salvador after previously ignoring male prisoners.

The unanimous court ruling said Garcia must be returned to the United States, but the Trump administration argued that his return was out of power, but President El Salvador also rejected the idea when questioned by a reporter.
