Another bomb report supports the Trump administration’s claim that Salvadrian immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia is simply an innocent and peaceful “Maryland man” before flagging it for deportation.
Report A Tennessee star claims Garcia was taken into custody in December 2022 in a traffic stop and suspected of human trafficking, but the Tennessee Highway Patrol demanded that the FBI man be released.
The report said THP requested guidance from the FBI and responded two hours later to request that Garcia be released along with seven other passengers.
The Trump administration’s deportation of Garcia from Maryland in El Salvador to the Terrorist Confinement Center has been a flashpoint amid a debate over the president’s collective deportation policy. The US Supreme Court has unanimously ruled the court, but the administration must try to release Garcia, but President Donald Trump has said it is out of his power.
Garcia’s lawyers and some of the media’s lawyers portrayed him as a peaceful immigrant, claiming that he had not passed the crime in the past after entering the United States in 2014.
The report said THP requested guidance from the FBI and responded two hours later to request that Garcia be released along with seven other passengers. THP has complied with the request. According to the star, Garcia reportedly transported them from Texas to Maryland.
Another report on Wednesday said Garcia’s wife had obtained a restraining order against him and in 2021 he accused him of domestic violence.
Critics of the president allegedly violated the balance of power after refusing to comply with an order that “promotes” Garcia’s release from the infamous foreign terrorist prison.
Sitting by Trump in the White House, Salvador President Naive Buquere suggested he could order Garcia’s release and chuckled at them to ask terrorists to smuggle into the US.
“I don’t have the power to bring him back to the US. How can I smuggle terrorists into the US? Of course, I’m not going to do that. The question is ridiculous,” he said.
