Ex-girlfriend posed as ICE agent to kidnap former beau’s wife at job: Florida authorities

He is said to have pretended to be an immigration officer to invite his former beautiful wife at work.

The 52-year-old Batran Battle was arrested April 11, a day after being accused of immigrants and customs enforcement officers and convinced the victim that he had to come with her, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office said.

While in the Battle car, the woman attempts to call her lawyer and her husband, but Battle claims she snatched the phone from her hand and called it from the sheriff’s office.

The affidavit says the battle eventually collapsed when she zoomed past the sheriff’s office and told the victim “now I need to suffer the consequences of my husband’s actions.”

Once the pair arrived at the apartment complex, the battle had entered one unit, paving the way for the woman who was lured “making a lot of noise,” authorities said.

The victim asks his neighbor if he can use the phone and hides behind his car while the fight searches for her.

After she explains to her husband the fake agent, he says she sounds like his ex-girlfriend. The spouse had previously been forced to issue restraint orders against the battle, the affidavit reported.

Eventually, the aide opened the driver’s seat door, the fighting left the car and was arrested safely. Police said they were fleeing to Alabama during a traffic stop.

She is facing a charge of temptation on the felony committee, and is pretending to be a sudden snatch robbery, felony committee and felony probation violation committee, the Gulf Sheriff’s Office said.
