Exclusive: The state armor action is releasing a new tool that will allow people to track anti-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) laws around the country.

“China’s communist government is targeting the US state government to undermine homeland security. Protecting the US from China’s Communist Party requires working at the forefront of state houses across the country to combat CCP attacks and oppression.”

This comment comes as Lucci’s organization aimed at helping the US stand up to new global security threats, and releases a new tracker that allows users to see all laws relating to China through the state legislature.

According to the Tracker, their organization is currently monitoring 461 invoices nationwide that aim to address the threat posed by CCPs.

The tracker also maintains a tab on where these bills are. Graphics have been introduced, 11 bills were killed, 43 was adopted, 25 passed through both chambers, 43 passed from one chamber to another, 339 introduced.

“The State Armor Action legal tracker serves as an important tool in the fight against communist China and its malicious partners,” Lucci said. “Trackers help educate policy leaders, inform Americans about laws that will stop CCPs nationwide, and help spread the legislative concept across states.”

The tracker includes graphics that track the parties in control of each state government where the bill is introduced or enacted, while also displaying a US map showing which states are most concentrated with anti-CCP bills.

While the threat posed by China may traditionally be seen as territory of federal control, Alex Gray, assistant assistant to the White House National Security Council president and chief of staff, told Fox News Digital that it is important for states to set themselves up to fight China.

“The Chinese Communist Party is aiming for the state,” Gray said. “More than ever, we need state leaders to step up and strengthen against communist China. The new Chinese law tracker in the state armor lawsuit will help inform and educate legislative leaders around the country, monitor progress and participate in the fight against CCP violations in their homeland. We will address and support the effects of China’s malignant.”
