Democrat National Committee vice-chairman David Hogg went after President Donald Trump’s former chief of staff, Reiss Pliebus, after Priebus directed. ABC News Kilmer Armande Abrero Garcia, a recently deported Salvadoran man, is a member of the MS-13 gang.
