Two-time Stanley Cup champion Dominique Haisek has consistently introduced President Donald Trump to his criminal oversight when it comes to attempting a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
Hasek, 60, born in the Czech Republic (then Czechoslovakia), said he had sent a letter to the International Olympic Committee and the International Ice Hockey Federation about how former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev threatened to kill him.

Hasek has broadly expressed his views on the Russian-Ukurean war and has been consistently critical of the NHL to ensure that Russian players can participate in the game. The previous goalkeeper said only players who deny their role in the war should be allowed to play in the league.
“We need to set rules so that Russian players have incentives to come out publicly,” Hasek said. “Some players can make the best peace ambassadors. Unfortunately, the NHL doesn’t help Russian hockey players a little.”
While simultaneously seeking help to end the war, Hasek is cruelly critical of President Trump, casting scorn on politicians who are almost one day long.
