HS kid punches teacher in face — and teacher fights back, video apparently shows. 3 students charged with battery over brawl.

a The video is on the rise Apparently a Georgia high school student punched his teacher in his face, and the brawl continued.

WXIA-TV reported The DeKalb County School District is dealing with a video recorded Tuesday at Martin Luther King Jr. High School, about 20 minutes southeast of Atlanta.

The teacher in question was on administrative leave until the results of the investigation were revealed, the station noted.

It’s not clear what happened before the violence on camera, but the video begins with the man wearing a jacket and tie near the classroom door (probably a teacher), running up to the man running to the man running to the man punching his face. As you can imagine, the hallway spectators came out in unison, repeatedly recognizing.

The guard right next to the teacher puts the attacker in the bear’s embrace and tries to drive him away, but the angry teacher slams the attacker against his own attacker.

So, two other men (wearing a gray hoodie and the other wearing a white hoodie) chases after the teacher and knocks on the floor. By this point, the enthusiastic students are acting as if they were watching a UFC game.

The teacher gets up again and pushes and pushes a little bit, but then the 45-second clip ends. You can see it here.

What should the school district say?

The district reportedly began a physical battle with teachers, WXIA reported, adding that three students were disrupting the battery and public schools.

The teacher in question was on administrative leave until the results of the investigation were revealed, the station noted.

“The DeKalb County School District is committed to maintaining a learning environment that is free of violent behavior and cannot stand the physical altercations of our school,” a school district spokesman told WXIA.
