Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Rejects Govt-Offered Plea Deal Ahead Of Sex Trafficking Trial

On Thursday, Sean “Diddy” Combs entered the guilty plea and declined the government's offer to avoid the prospect of a long sentence.

“Yes, your honor,” Combs replied after Judge Arun Subramanian asked if federal prosecutors rejected the offer that made him.

Combs, 55, is accused of forcing the woman into “long-term sexual encounters,” which he called her “freak-off.” He faces a number of conspiracy, sex trafficking and prostitution. His trial is scheduled to begin on Monday with a ju judge's choice.

In addition to the victims of the three main accused, federal prosecutors alleged there were up to 20 witnesses who could provide testimony regarding the comb's illegal activities.

If convicted, the comb can spend decades behind the bar. Among the allegations, sex trafficking charges include a 15-year minimum penalty required in prison and a prison life sentence, but accusations of conspiracy that would result in the maximum life sentence in prison if convicted.
