President Donald Trump's 2026 budget request refocused on his core mission of stealing the bloated, politicized Justice Department and fighting crime and illegal immigration, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.
President Donald Trump is scheduled to release the 2026 budget, and reports will send it to Congress on Friday. Trump's budget demands serve as the first sign of the president's priorities.
Breitbart News only got information on how the president's budget request reforms the Department of Justice.
I have Trump It was promised Focusing on “law and order” during the presidency.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Department of Justice budget requests are as follows:
- Cut FBI budgets as part of the president's efforts to eliminate weaponized federal agencies, eliminate department waste and focus on agents on the field
- Increases fundraising counter-catics operations
- Information and data sharing with the intelligence community and law enforcement partners
- Head office operations of the Diversity and Inclusion Office, and Program Management and Coordination Office
- National extremists suspected, Catholics with more traditional tendencies, parents expressing their opinions on the school board, and others
- Agents streamline operations to focus more on civil enforcement regulations initiatives compared to those who may have violated the Foreign Agent Registration Act
- Distribute management teams and grant more decision-making authority to special agents across the country.
The FBI reportedly carried out a number of political actions under President Joe Biden.
A leak memo, now re-retrieved from the FBI Richmond office, revealed that the bureau targeted Catholics, particularly Catholics who are interested in “radical traditionalists” Catholic ideology. It is also reportedly mobilized against parents who are critical of masking critical racial theories and orders.
Weaponized actions, such as targeting parents or practicing Catholics, will no longer be funded under Trump's budget.
The budget does not cut law enforcement positions.
The budget will begin a 30% reduction in weaponized alcohol, cigarettes and firearms (ATFs).
The ATF is plaguing civilians by seeking to create an invasive database, a 10-year prison sentence for failing to register pistol braces that facilitate firearm use for disabled Americans, and revoke federal firearm licenses that close small businesses across the country. Trump's budget request will refocus on the ATF to fight illegal firearm traffickers, provide state and local law enforcement resources to track hardened criminals, such as MS-13 gang members.
The US lawyers' funds will focus more on prosecuting violent crimes, particularly firearms, organized crimes, and crimes committed by illegal aliens. Trump's budget will provide an increase to U.S. lawyers prosecuting both states and local officials who illegally enter and/or re-enter our country and federal immigration actions.
Increased US ex-sponsorship funding prioritizes supporting the rule of law by arresting violent offenders and protecting national courts and judges.
Budget Request Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) will close foreign offices in countries such as France that are affected by low drugs. Instead of supporting other countries, agencies pivot towards the fentanyl crisis at home and work to curb the drug networks synthetic opioids exchange for the US.
The budget demand also abs “awakening” programs such as funding groups aimed at stopping racism and toxic masculinity, suspicion of hatred within police stations, and racial disparities in the judicial system. It also cut funding for the Restoration Judicial Program, targeting Americans who had the program used and exercised their First Amendment rights.
Instead, budget requests are intended to boost the employment of local law enforcement agencies and safe neighborhood programs.
Trump's budget request will also cut funding for unrelated programs in the Violence Against Women Act, provide funding focused on criminal justice and LGBTQI programs, and restore VAWA to its core mission.
