Former Supreme Court Judge David Starr Passes Away

Former Supreme Court Judge David Starr passed away on Thursday at the age of 85 in his home located in New Hampshire, as confirmed by the court on Friday.

He was appointed to the bench by President George H.W. Bush in 1990, serving for more than 19 years before his retirement in 2009.
