Trump Creating ‘Generational’ Agreements

Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) expressed optimism about President Donald Trump’s approach to trade deals during an interview on Saturday, describing them as “intergenerational” agreements, according to Breitbart News.

“It’s really impressive to witness the trade agreements Trump is actively working on,” Moreno commented. “The President clearly emphasizes this area as one of his biggest strengths.”

“The Democrats seem unsure of how to react, especially since they’ve been out of the White House for the last four years. They appear almost bewildered, while Trump is heavily engaged in these issues. I don’t think he’ll rest easy,” the senator remarked.

“Thanks to President Trump’s actions, I believe my children and grandchildren will have a better future in this country. The Democrats seem focused solely on opposing him and lack original ideas, except to claim they have a strong stance,” he added.

Moreno predicted that Trump’s plans would lead to significant, long-lasting changes in the nation, referring to this era as potentially “the golden age of America,” which would stand apart from anything seen before.

This discussion went beyond just trade deals, he noted.

“We’re looking at making tax reforms permanent. This includes removing taxes on tips, social security, and overtime. We aim to implement more regulatory relief to truly stimulate the economy. There will also be workforce reforms reminiscent of what Clinton initiated. All of this could be in place by the end of Trump’s term,” he explained.

Moreno asserted that if these initiatives are realized, Trump could be recognized as “the most transformative president in American history.”

“That’s what voters anticipated, and that’s what they are witnessing. Plus, we’re not focusing on the border issues like we used to. We now have strong operational control at the US-Mexico border, a situation that hasn’t been the case for years.”
