Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former chief of staff is reportedly “in love” with him.
Kristina Khorram, who held the title of Chief of Combs Enterprises, was referred to as Diddy’s “right hand”. She recently testified in a Manhattan courthouse, discussing alleged sexual abuse by the hip-hop mogul, alongside other former assistants and bodyguards.
Khorram is a key witness for the prosecution in the federal sex trafficking trial against Diddy. She mentioned that when asked about Combs’ “trusted assistant,” she named Neil Dominique and David James, noting that she arranged Diddy’s “freak-off” sexual performance and monitored her own whereabouts.
A source who previously worked for Combs claimed, “He had a few assistants and a house manager. KK was his top pick. She was in love with Sean.” This source added, “She got hooked on him and wanted to stay at the top, so she would undermine the others.”
However, another insider painted a different picture, stating that while the relationship between Khorram and Diddy was close, it was more platonic than romantic.
According to the indictment, the “Freak-Off” event allegedly involved Diddy, his girlfriend, and a sex worker. Preparations supposedly required hotel rooms stocked with various items, including controlled substances and lubricants.
Last year, federal agents seized drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil during a raid on Diddy’s mansion.
Khorram, now 38, was previously mentioned in a lawsuit filed against Diddy by rapper Lil Rod Jones. That case is currently active.
Since November 2023, Diddy has faced more than 70 lawsuits, all of which he denies through his legal team.
Khorram has not responded to inquiries for comment. She has not been charged with any crimes related to the allegations against Diddy and is not currently under police suspicion.
She previously expressed that the accusations against her in various lawsuits have had a significantly negative impact on her reputation.
In 2021, Diddy publicly praised Khorram on social media, calling her his right hand for eight years.
A chef who worked under Khorram for Combs described the workplace atmosphere as toxic.
One industry insider noted that it would have been difficult for Khorram to be fully aware of everything happening, as she was with Diddy round the clock.
This source elaborated, “She would ensure everything ran smoothly—sometimes to the detriment of others, making life unnecessarily difficult.”
Another former employee echoed that while the work environment was indeed toxic, it would be unfair to place all the blame on Khorram.
“Was she an angel? I think it’s tough to be virtuous in that environment,” they said, adding that it was a serious workplace, which they believed affected her behavior.
Notably, insiders confirmed that Khorram was highly involved in Diddy’s activities.
“Drugs and a ton of baby oil and lubricant were confiscated during the mansion raid,” another source commented, referring to how Khorram coordinated logistics for these events.
Khorram was positioned as a confidante for Diddy following the death of Kim Porter, his ex-partner.
After Kim passed away unexpectedly in 2018, the environment in Diddy’s home changed dramatically. Porter had split from Diddy in 2007 but continued co-parenting their six children.
Testimony from a former girlfriend of Diddy between 2007 and 2018 revealed instances of physical abuse, noting he often reacted aggressively over minor irritations. This source claimed to have witnessed troubling behaviors.
“Diddy would explode in rage and lose control during confrontations,” they said.
