Fairfield National Bank Annual Shareholders Meeting

Fairfield National Bank (FNB) held its annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday, where three board members were re-elected to maintain consistent leadership for the upcoming year.

President and CEO Joey Hungerford led the meeting, offering shareholders a comprehensive review of the bank’s performance in the past year, along with insights into future growth opportunities. At 42, Hungerford has been re-elected to his role as president and chief executive.

The meeting resulted in the re-election of three directors for new three-year terms: Jarod Weaver, Sheila Kinney, and Josh Vaughan. They will join six continuing directors: Joey Hungerford, Matthew Rush, Terrence Wilkerson, Rend Lake College, Neal Laws Jr., L. Bryan Williams, and Diane Robinson.
