Adam Carolla Challenges Joe Rogan on Trump’s Iran Decision
Comedian Adam Carolla has responded to podcast host Joe Rogan after Rogan expressed skepticism about President Donald Trump’s choice to attack Iran, suggesting that the threat from the administration is ambiguous.
Carolla disagreed, stating, “I don’t think it’s undefined. We’re dealing with a nuclear threat. It’s not just regional; it’s a significant backer and financier of terrorism, particularly against our ally Israel. Plus, there’s the matter of wanting Trump assassinated,” he said on a recent episode of “One Nation with Brian Kilmeade.”
He added, “If someone were to say, ‘Hey, Canada is trying to assassinate Adam Carolla,’ and I suddenly found myself in a position to control the military, I’d launch an attack on Canada. They’ve effectively put a bounty on my life, and I’m in charge now.”
Carolla’s remarks came after Rogan noted that some supporters of Trump feel “betrayed” by the president’s pivot toward a “no more wars” stance, especially in light of the recent actions against Iran.
Rogan remarked, “It just seems crazy, based on how he campaigned.”
He explained that many feel confused about the justification for the new conflict, arguing it signals a departure from Trump’s earlier commitments to avoid unnecessary wars.
Rogan emphasized that the rationale behind the attack seems unclear, suggesting that it might only serve the interests of other nations, primarily Israel.
