Exclusive: Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen is writing to State Education Secretary Linda McMahon for a meeting to discuss what he characterized as a campus crisis of Day's proliferation in Grand Canyon.
R-Gilbert's Petersen will tell McMahon that the Trump administration is right to end the ubiquitous “non-American propaganda” on campus, including its main priorities, the Dei initiative.
“For too long, state and federal officials have allowed university regents, presidents, faculty and staff to indoctrinate young men and women. They have taught university students to dislike the greatness of our country and discriminate against others,” Petersen writes.
“Many universities did nothing, or in some cases, to defend their Jewish brothers and sisters who were attacked.

“It was very encouraging to know that your department is responsible for refusing to comply with existing laws blocking agencies from receiving federal funds for their distinction,” he added.
