Biden visits students at Harvard Kennedy School

Former President Biden spoke with Harvard Kennedy School students at the Off Records Research Group on Wednesday at the invitation of his longtime adviser Mike Donilon.

Donilon is one of nine members of the Spring School’s Political Studies Institute. He was the chief strategist of Biden’s 2020 campaign, and served as a senior adviser to the leader during the first three years of his presidency, helping to promote the Democratic reelection campaign.

“The Institute of Politics gives students the opportunity to learn firsthand from prominent civil servants across the political spectrum. Over the years, it has been honored to host presidential candidates for both parties, including George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Robert Doll, Jeb Bush, John McCain, Algore and Biden, invited by current President Dolly of Dorniel, the school said in a statement to the Hill.

“As a school dedicated to training the next generation of public leaders, we are proud to welcome senior policymakers and politicians who express a broad range of opinions to engage with students,” the school added.

The Kennedy School Fellows did not present details of Biden’s appearance, and were asked to only be present by groups from the selected group.

Students serving as Donilon’s fellow students were usually invited to the event despite guaranteed access to the research group. Harvard Crimson It has been reported.

According to the outlet, authorities increased security by closing the first floor of the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum from 6pm to 6pm on Wednesday.

Biden’s team did not immediately respond to Hill’s request for comment on the event.
