Bill Maher exposes Jane Fonda’s ignorance about extremist left-wing policies

Liberal host Bill Maher had far-left celebrity Jane Fonda on his show and spent much of his time explaining to her the existence of far-left policies that led many Americans to vote Republican.

Fonda blamed the criticism of the far left on people like Maher, but then seemed completely unaware of the reasons for the criticism. Maher offered several examples to her during the controversial interview.

“That shows you where your politics are. That's not where I belong.”

“The NAACP issued a travel advisory last year,” Maher said. He explained. “You know where they put out travel advisories for black people not to travel? Florida. There are stories like that every day. People just roll their eyes and say, 'You guys are crazy.' I don't think anyone heard this and thought, “I can't go to Florida,'' even if it wasn't that important. But they are just proposing something to the public. ”

He also shared another example of transgender activists calling for society at large to recognize that men can become pregnant.

“Do you really think men can get pregnant? Yes, that's the thing. I understand the transgender thing.” [man] You can get pregnant. It's not like men getting pregnant,” he continued, “and it's not just about giving transgender people full rights, respect and protection, as if it were some kind of rational social cause. I understand that they are trying to blur the line.

“So I've never heard of men getting pregnant. I've never heard of this discussion. I'm sure it's part of what you call the 'far left,' but I think “It's so insignificant–” Fonda interjected.

“No, Jane, that's not trivial. I'm sorry, but you can't throw this back at us,” he interrupted.

Ma also had to explain why many people think California is overregulated. he to her example He said from his home that when he tried to replace his garage door, he had to undergo three separate inspections.

“Haven't you ever heard that California has too many taxes and too much regulation? That we're a one-party state with no checks on that kind of extreme leftism?” Maher asked her asked.

“I don't think for one second that California is a far-left state,” she scoffed. “Not at all. Not at all.”

“Well, it shows you where your politics are,” he said. “That's not where I belong.”

Ms. Fonda famously outraged patriotic Americans during the Vietnam War by posing with communist troops in opposition to U.S. military operations. She has since admitted that it was a mistake to do so, but continues to support far-left causes and policies.
