California State Police To tell They responded to a domestic violence call at a mobile home park in San Juan Capistrano on Tuesday and came across a horrific scene.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that police found 79-year-old Antoinette Gardville and her husband, 77-year-old Ronald Walter Gardville, deceased in their home on Alipus Road. according to In the Los Angeles Times.

Police say they and their dog were found decapitated and mutilated.
Six minutes after arriving on scene, police were informed that a bloody man had threatened a maintenance worker at the same mobile home park and stolen his golf cart.
Police said they saw a man driving a golf cart on a nearby bike path and confronted him. Police said the man was shot during an argument but did not say why.
Officers administered life-saving measures to the man before Orange County Fire Department personnel arrived and he was taken to a hospital where he was treated and listed in stable condition.

police Said Police plan to charge him with two counts of murder once he is medically discharged from hospital, adding that further enhanced charges are likely to be filed once investigations are completed.
The department also said that police body camera video would be released “in accordance with the law and in consultation with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.” Those rules require that in most cases the video be made available within 45 days of an incident.
Police said the boy lived in a mobile home community with his parents, but did not say what a motive might have been.
San Juan Capistrano is a city of about 35,000 people near the southern Orange County coast, famous for the springtime migration of swallows to nest in the town’s historic mission.
