Alex Karp, CEO of data technology company Palantir, issued a warning to university students during a panel discussion that drew applause. This is likely due to the growing tendency to support terrorist groups that seek to wipe Israel off the map.

“I’m not a congressman,” Karp said. “But I run one of the coolest companies in the world, and I’m telling young people, ‘If you sit there pretending at an elite school, you’re breathing in the vapors of a dangerous new fake self-destructive religion. You watch TikTok twice and get an A+ on your funny essay. Because your professor couldn’t get you a job anywhere else where you actually understand the world. And you are not welcome at my company. ”
Karp made the comments at the recent Reagan National Defense Forum, an event held in December, and these specific words from Karp are now gaining traction on social media.
Elsewhere during the panel, Karp criticized companies for remaining silent in the wake of the deadly Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israel by Hamas.
“As far as I know, only three companies took an openly pro-Israel stance on October 7,” Karp said. fox businessas he named Booz Allen, Anduril Industries, and his company Palantir.
Karp argued that this was a problem for business leaders to solve, and the paper said, “For some reason, the corporate elite of this country thought they would stand up when it was time to make money. And when it’s time to stand up and go play golf, it’s our fault and no one else’s.”
According to Fox Business, the panel met to discuss the results of the Forum’s 6th annual National Defense Survey, which found that most Americans believe they should increase military spending and increase security for Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan. He said it was clear that he wanted to provide support.
