Prosecutors said Carnodol received a Doodash order around 4am

Funke reportedly thought he heard the Goncalves play with the dog at the same time.

“A short time,” Funke said, “I heard someone who thought Goncarves was saying something to the effect of 'someone here'. “He said.

At 4:17am, a security camera, below 50 feet from Kahnodol's room, picked up the sound of a barking dog, “distorting what sounded like a voice or a cry,” according to court documents.

Kohberger's lawyer Discussed Three different DNA samples discovered under Madison Morgen's nails should be disqualified from evidence to be tried.

On December 30, 2022, Brian Coberger, a graduate criminal justice student living in Pullman, Washington, was arrested in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Kohberger was charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony robbery. He pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty after ruling in November 2024 that Coberger could face the death penalty.

Kohberger's defense reportedly asked the judge to remove the death penalty from the table, citing autism spectrum disorder.

The recent unsealed defense movement in capital murders cites assessments by neuropsychologists who Kohberger said it continues to show all the core diagnostic functions of “they.” [autism spectrum disorder] It is currently having a major impact on his daily life. ”

It is unknown whether Kohberger had previously been diagnosed with ASD.

As reported by Blaze News, expert criminal craftsman and psychotherapist John Kelly states of Kohberger:

Kohberger's lawyers are trying to ban the use of phrases such as “murder,” “murder weapon,” “psychopath,” and “bubbly brows.” The defense argues that by allowing these conditions, the ju apprentice will impose bias against the defendant.

Also revealed in newly unsealed court documents is that murder victim Madison Morgen had DNA from three different people under her nails.

Kohberger's lawyer Discussed These DNA samples must be disqualified from the evidence that has been tried.

“What's definitive about Kohberger's [likelihood ratio] It's similar to almost everyone else [likelihood ratio] It is produced and focuses on his “decisive” [likelihood ratio] It'll mislead the ju-secret [likelihood ratio] This means that Kohberger's DNA may be present in the sample. I said Bicka Barlow is a defense attorney who specializes in DNA evidence and was recently added to Kohberger's defense team.

As Blaze News reported in January 2023, law enforcement discovered a tan knife sheath lying next to Morgen on the bed.

Investigators collected trash from the Kohberger family's residence and collected DNA samples.

“On December 28, 2022, Idaho State Laboratory reported that DNA profiles obtained from garbage and DNA profiles obtained from sheaths had identified the man as not excluded as the suspect's biological father,” the affidavit declared. “We expect at least 99.9998% of the male population will be ruled out as a possible biological father of the suspect.”
