Colorado counties sue state over sanctuary policies that ‘create dangerous conditions’

“This country is facing an immigration crisis. Federal, state, and local governments must work together and share resources to address this crisis,” the lawsuit says.

The county argued that the bill “prohibits necessary cooperation and creates a dangerous situation for the nation and immigrants.”
