Donald Trump to Sign Order Blocking Federal Funds for Sex ‘Transition Services’

President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order on Monday declaring that the United States recognizes only bisexual people and bans taxpayer funding for “transition services.”

Incoming White House officials briefed reporters on the details of the executive order ahead of President Trump's swearing-in.

The executive order declares that the genders of male and female remain unchanged, with “female” meaning “biological female” and “male” meaning “biological male.”

A woman is defined as an individual belonging to “the sex that produces large reproductive cells, or eggs” at the time of conception.

“And the reason we need this kind of definition of reproductive function, rather than a definition of chromosomes, is because chromosomes are a characteristic of sex, but the gender binary is… deeper than that,” the official told reporters. He told the group. “Large and small germ cells work together in a binary manner to keep the species alive.”

The order would also instruct in its definitions section that “gender ideology” and “gender identity” lack “any discernible basis” and are therefore useless as substitutes for gender.

The official said it will direct all federal agencies to use “these terms in the application of laws, regulations, guidance, and all other agency business,” and will require federal employees to use “gender “Gender” should be used instead of “Gender”.

White House officials said the secretaries of the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security will ensure that gender is accurately reflected on government documents such as passports. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is President Trump's nominee for secretary of state, and Gov. Kristi Noem (R-South Dakota) is his nominee for secretary of homeland security.

Additionally, the order signed by President Trump will direct the government to stop promoting gender ideology, the incoming official said.

To achieve this, the Attorney General will provide clear guidance on how to: [indsicernable] This law…is supposed to apply to Title VII itself, but then also to laws like Title IX, which also refer to sex. This is the difference between representation based on sex and representation through sex, and this would undo some of the guidance from the Biden administration. It has not been accepted by the courts…so the idea that Title Nine is a gender identity law versus a gender law is incorrect. And the Attorney General intends to flesh out other statutes as well.

President Trump has appointed former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to lead the Justice Department.

The order would also protect “intimate spaces for women” and prevent the federal government from using tax dollars to fund “so-called transition services.”

President Trump announced last month that he would sign an executive order on transgenderism on his first day.
