A group of good Samaritans were seen in a video saving their mother and her two young children from attempting to lure them in Florida.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released a video this week about the scary incident that took place on March 12th.
“A good Samaritan in Jacksonville could intervene in dangerous situations and save his mother and two children from serious injuries or worse.”
The clip shows a woman desperately trying to save a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old child from an SUV in a car park in the automobile department near Jacksonville.
Quoting the arrest affidavit, Media people The suspect reported that he “attacked the woman in the face and then tried to drive with the kids as she was troubled by one of them.”
Onlookers found the woman being dragged from a moving car as she tried to save the child in the back seat from the apparent lure.
Some good Samaritans jumped into action to crowd the SUVs.
Surveillance video shows the vehicle is stopped and the crowd can help the mother remove the two young children from the vehicle.
The SUV then moves away from the crime scene.
However, witnesses provided the SUV license plate number to authorities, allowing police to track down the alleged temptation.
Video of the police bodycam shows deputies from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested the suspect at a muzzle at a nearby shopping centre later that day.
In police body cam videos, the suspects continually ask officers, “What did I do?”
Police have identified the suspect, Yanni Human, 26.
Humans face felony charges of false imprisonment, child abuse, battery, marijuana possession and resisting arrest.
“A good Samaritan in Jacksonville could intervene in dangerous situations and save his mother and two children from serious injuries or bad things,” the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said. It is listed.
The sheriff’s office added, “This situation may have ended in a tragedy. Your JSO is grateful for the prompt action and courage of a good Samaritan who put the suspect on trial.”
