Manchester, New Hampshire – On the eve of New Hampshire's Republican presidential primary, several voters in Manchester said they didn't want to see former President Trump return to the Oval Office.
“Anyone but Trump,” Clayton said with a laugh.

Polls show the former president has a double-digit lead over former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley among Republicans. But a recent study from Marist College suggests Haley will do better against President Biden in the Granite State general election.
Brian, who lives in Manchester, said he had originally intended to vote for Chris Christie, but now that the former New Jersey governor has resigned, he will vote for Haley.
“This is not a vote for her, this is a vote against Trump,” he told Fox News.

In the 2016 election, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton narrowly defeated President Trump. In 2020, Biden beat Trump by about 7 percentage points.
Jesse was still trying to decide who to vote for, a difficult choice since her top priority is a ceasefire in the Middle East.
“Unfortunately, there are no candidates who support it at this time,” she said.
Haley makes her case to DeSantis voters
The economy was a top priority for some voters interviewed by Fox News.
“It's just crazy. The average American lives paycheck to paycheck,” Anna said.
Eileen, the only voter interviewed by Fox News who said she supported Trump, said immigration was one of her top priorities.

“Please close the borders,” she said. “I am a legal immigrant from Germany, so I truly believe that this country is great…The only way to get in here is through legal immigration.”
President Trump is scheduled to hold a last-minute rally in Laconia on Monday night with his former opponents, South Carolina Sens. Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy, and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum.
