Female stowaway that evaded JFK Airport security will remain in France after causing disturbance on return flight to US: sources

A woman who bypassed multiple security checkpoints at JFK Airport to board a flight to Paris is currently stranded in France, but law enforcement officials say they have no idea when the stowaway will be brought back to New York to face charges. Ruka is said to be unknown.

According to a ticketed passenger who witnessed the disturbing incident, flight attendants were tipped off after noticing a wandering passenger going back and forth between the restrooms during the packed flight.

“We somehow flew all the way from New York to Paris with a stowaway,” a first class passenger wrote on Instagram.

Federal authorities began an investigation after the plane landed at Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Sources said the mystery woman was detained by French authorities and refused entry to Paris after her application for asylum was rejected.

Port Authority officials are expected to arrest her on her return to New York on theft of services and numerous other charges.

She also will face federal charges, which will be determined in the future, sources said.
