As a woman prepared to speak at a Florida city council meeting, an ill-timed, inappropriate comment was blasted over the PA system, causing the hall to erupt in laughter.
The amusing incident happened about midway through Tuesday’s Seminole County Board of Commissioners meeting in Sanford, when Community Services Director Allison Salle began speaking at the podium. Live Stream.
Tarr, 61, was introducing himself to the board and was about to discuss the company’s annual report on affordable housing when a robotic male voice shouted, “Older women are often perceived as hard to arouse.”

Confused, Tarl stopped speaking and glared at the speaker.
“What? What?” an unknown woman yells off-camera, then bursts into laughter.
“Are you talking about me?” said Tarl, blushing and laughing lightly, and seemingly amused by the awkwardness.
As the audience struggled to contain their laughter, District 3 Commissioner Lee Constantine looked at Tull and said, “That was a great presentation!”
“Where did that come from?” someone asked off-camera as laughter continued in the room.
“I don’t know,” Constantine replied.

The embarrassing yet funny moment left an indelible impression on Commissioner and Vice-Chair Andrea Hare.
“I will never forget this day,” Herr shouted into the microphone.
Seminole County Commission Chairman Jay Zenboer asked Constantine to let the IT department “handle Chairman Constantine’s technology.”
“I think we can negotiate with Chairman Constantine. I don’t think it’s a technology issue,” Lockhart joked, though the audience still erupted in laughter at the funny moment.
“You must have touched something,” Lockhart tells Constantine, to which Constantine replies, pointing to the laptop keyboard, “That’s where you touched it.”

As the laughter during the meeting began to die down, board chairman Jay Zenboer told Tull, “Try it again.”
“And believe me, I’m sure this isn’t directed at you,” he told the community services director.
“I understand. I’m not sure whether I should say thank you or…” Tal replied, and the room erupted in light laughter again.
“None of us thought that way. We were all like, ‘Let’s not do this,'” Zenbower said.
Although it was an awkward situation, Tull still found humor in it.
“That was great, thank you,” she said to the executives, before beginning her speech again.
The city of Sanford is located approximately 26 miles outside of Orlando.
