“Democrats in Montana know that Jon Tester will lose across the board on issues like immigration, the economy, and energy. There is no doubt that Jon Tester is a rubber stamp for all of Joe Biden’s policies. There’s no room. If he runs on this issue, they’re going to support that policy.” “They’re going to lose to me, and they know that,” Sheehy told Fox.
The Republican added that he expects Democrats to continue spending millions of dollars on ads against him in the coming months.

“They’re trying to make this race a non-issue. They’re trying to confuse Montana voters and obscure what Tester really stands for. We need to talk about Jon Tester’s voting record. If they don’t, they lose,” said the former Navy SEAL. Said. “They’re going to spend $1 million a week attacking my person, my family, my business because they need to distract Montana voters from Jon Tester’s record.”

“Tim Sheehy thinks it would be a ‘distraction’ for Montanans to learn that he has questionable ties to China, does business in the Cayman Islands, and founded a company with government contracts.” Maybe, but voters never will,” said Senate Majority Whip Sarah Guggenheimer. a spokesperson told Fox. “And while Mitch McConnell’s esteemed candidate spends his time whining about Montanans knowing the truth, Jon Tester, as he has spent his entire career, continues to put his hard-working family first.”
Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-Mont.) is considering jumping into the Republican primary and has shown some recent signs of running, but no formal announcement has been made.
When asked about a potential primary challenger, Sheehy said he was “focused on Jon Tester.”
“I’m focused on keeping conservatives in control of the Senate so we can bring common sense policies back to Washington, D.C.,” the Republican said. “We have to reform both parties. Both chambers of Congress are dysfunctional right now. We need a new generation of leadership in both chambers, and it’s time to start moving things forward.”
