Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said Monday on FNC's “Hannity” that more members of President Joe Biden's family are in the news following his son Hunter Biden's pardon announcement. I expected to receive a pardon.
“James Comerlet me ask you — in your mind, is this over? FNC host Sean Hannity said. “Is this the end for Joe Biden? Is it the end for his brother? Is it the end for the other families who were paid here? Or will this continue? Joe Biden. Does Biden need to think about pardoning these families and maybe himself?”
Well, remember that the House Oversight Committee referred Jim Biden and Hunter Biden to the Department of Justice on perjury charges,” Comer responded. “We removed Hunter Biden from office, but he lied under oath, and we brought Jim Biden into a transcribed interview, and he lied under oath. That's a fact. It was in the report that Jim Jordan and I signed and released to the American people. Therefore, I want Joe Biden to pardon Jim Biden. We fully expect that. And remember that our investigation found that the family, including Joe Biden, has been benefiting from influence-spreading schemes for decades. And they set up all these shell companies and laundered money through them.”
