On Tuesday, a Georgia judge gave the suspect a $500,000 bond to his father at Appalachie High School's shooting.
On September 4, 2024, 14-year-old Colt Gray allegedly killed two teachers and two other 14-year-old students while firing fire at high school.
Colt pleaded innocent to 55 detectives, including 25 counts of aggravated assault, while his 54-year-old father, Colin Gray, has 29 detectives, 29 criminal murders and two involuntary husbands. He pleaded not guilty to 29 detectives, including fatality. .
The father is accused of purchasing an AR-15-style firearm that his son allegedly used in the shooting. He must pay at least $500,000 in cash in cash to be released from prison.

The prosecutor asked the judge to set Colin Gray's bond at $1 million. He has lived in seven different homes with Colt over five years, and if he returns, he would pose a great threat to his wife and his other children. I plan to call you as a witness at trial.

During hearing Tuesday, the court heard several impact statements from the shooting victims. Jerry McIlhenney, grandfather of victim Taylor Jones, said his granddaughter still had an iron bar on his leg from a bullet wound.
“You were away from her childhood,” McIlhenney said. “She's 14!”

Brenna Shermerhorn, mother of 14-year-old victim Mason Shermerhorn, testified that she has been suffering and suffering personally since her son's murder.
“He was a great son and brother,” Shelmerhorn said, adding that Colin Gray “will never have an impact on any child in the future.”
