Here’s why podcaster Joe Rogan gave up alcohol

In a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the podcaster, 57, said he had given up on drinking.

“I think I’m done,” he said. “For no reason, except that, that’s not good for you.”

“And I continued, “Does the idiot who cared so well for his body addicted to himself for fun a few days a week?” “Why am I doing that?”

Logan, who is also a commentator for the UFC, said he asked himself, “If I don’t poison myself, am I still having the same amount of fun?”

“‘At the end, that’s right,’ he said.

“I think I’m done,” he said. “For no reason, except that, that’s not good for you.”

Other celebrities who are open about the alcohol halt include Brad Pitt, Rob Lowe, Valerie Bertinelli, Bradley Cooper and Elle Macpherson.

Dr. Brett Osborne, a Florida neurologist and longevity expert, said quitting alcohol is one of the most influential and modifiable risk factors for age-related illnesses and obesity, and just quitting the cut.

“Alcohol is a neurotoxin that destroys neurotransmission and promotes neuroinflammation, and is directly linked to an increased risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia,” he told Fox News Digital.

It also harmed the body, impaired glucose metabolism, interfered with blood glucose regulation, and warned.
