Idaho Bar Provides Free Beer to Assist ICE in Capturing Undocumented Immigrants

Bar Offers Free Beer for Informants Helping ICE

In an unusual promotion, a bar in Idaho declared, “Warning: Anyone who helps ICE identify and ultimately deport illegal aliens from Idaho will receive a month of free beer at the Old State Saloon!” This intriguing announcement quickly gained traction online.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reacted to the promotion, posting a GIF showing a dinosaur character who appears shocked, dropping a can that looks like beer.

To claim the free beer, the bar instructed patrons to send an email to deportations@oldstatesaloon.com, including details like photos and event summaries.

Later, the saloon shared screenshots of messages from people taking part in the challenge.

In another update early Sunday, the bar’s owner, Mark Fitzpatrick, revealed additional beer giveaways. December has been dubbed ‘Merry Snitchmas,’ featuring various promotions aimed at supporters of ICE. For example, they’re offering free drinks for American men who support ICE, and ‘Buy One, Get One’ deals for women willing to report illegal activities.

In June, Idaho Governor Brad Little announced a partnership with federal authorities aimed at deporting individuals living in the state without legal status. This collaboration falls under the authority of Section 287g of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

The bar also highlighted an option for individuals wishing to self-deport, stating that undocumented persons could enjoy a complimentary beer before being picked up by ICE, encouraging them to make a reservation.

In related news, it was reported that since the initiation of President Trump’s mass deportation program, over 500,000 illegal aliens have been deported from the United States.
