Immigration cop caught taking up-skirt pics of flight attendant on flight as he accompanied migrant to be deported

Creepy federal immigration cop crosses line by trying to videotape up a domestic flight attendant’s skirt When I was accompanying an illegal immigrant who was being deported.

Billy Olvera, 48, a deportation officer with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, faces up to 20 years in federal prison after being convicted last week in Miami federal court of interfering with a flight crew during a 2023 flight from Texas to Florida. U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District Florida said in a press release.

“The flight attendant noticed Olvera pointing his cell phone at the ceiling in the aisle each time she passed him,” federal prosecutors said of the incident on Nov. 6, 2023. “The victim notified another flight attendant, who then photographed Olvera the next time the victim passed him.”

“Olvera was seen attempting to photograph up the victim’s skirt.”

The attendant contacted the American Airlines pilot, who delayed the landing and arranged for police to meet the plane when it landed.

Police later found several “upskirt” images on the ICE agent’s phone.

Federal investigators say Olvera held migrants in custody throughout the incident and transported unidentified migrants from Dallas to Miami, where they were to be deported.

Olvera was arrested after getting off the plane and is on trial this year, with a sentence expected to be handed down on Wednesday.

He will be sentenced by Chief Judge Cecilia Altonaga on Aug. 16.

“Mr. Olvera is truly remorseful,” Robert Mallove, an attorney for the ICE officers, told The Associated Press. “Mr. Olvera deeply regrets his actions and prays for forgiveness from all involved.”

Olvera is being held on bail pending sentencing.
