Israel slams UN accusations of genocide, sexual violence in Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denounced the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) as anti-Semitism after reporting Thursday of accusing Palestinians of implementing “genocide” and sexual violence tactics.

The UNHRC report alleged that Israel “deliberately attacked and destroyed” Gaza's major fertility centres with blocking aid drugs that ensure safe pregnancy and childbirth.

Intergovernmental agencies accused them of intentional conduct to prevent the birth of Palestine.

Netanyahu vehemently denied the allegations and denounced the UN Council as “anti-Semitism, rotten, terrorist support, and an unrelated body.”

“Instead of focusing on the humanitarian and war crimes committed by Hamas terrorist groups in the worst massacres committed against Jews since the Holocaust, the United Nations has once again chosen to attack Israel with false accusations, including baseless accusations of sexual violence.”

The UNHRC concluded that the surge in obstetric deaths due to the destruction of women's health clinics and limited access to medical supplies violated Roman law and the Genocide Convention, and that the act was condemned as a crime against an extinction crime.

The report also accused Israeli forces of using forced public scattering and sexual assault as part of standard tactics to punish Palestinians.

The Israeli Defense Force denied the UHRC allegations and said there is a specific policy that “explicitly prohibits such fraud.”

Israeli Foreign Ministry said the report is nothing more than a conspiracy theory that seeks to demonize the Jewish state.

“This is one of the worst cases of slander the world has ever seen (and the world has seen a lot),” the ministry said in X.

“Hamas is an organisation that committed horrible sexual crimes against Israelis. Certainly, it is a disease document that can only be produced by anti-Semitic organisations such as the United Nations,” the agency added.

Facing allegations of war crimes from the UN, Hamas said he welcomed Thursday's report, truly reflecting the situation in Gaza.

“The UN's investigation report on Israeli Genocide Laws against Palestinians confirms what happened on the ground: its violation of genocide and all humanitarian and legal standards,” the terrorist group said in a statement.

Israel was released from UNHRC in February following previous allegations that the Jewish state war campaign in Gaza equaled genocide.

Israel is also not a party of Roman law that gives the International Criminal Court jurisdiction to control cases that include crimes against humanity.

The ICC still has an aggressive warrant for arrests over Netanyahu and his former Minister of Defense Joab over his actions in Gaza.

The ICC also issued a warrant against the ringleaders last October 7, killing more than 1,200 people and condemned war crimes and sexual violence during the terrorist attacks that led to 251 more people being lured into.

Organizers on October 7, including Chief Architect Yahyasinwar, were later killed by Israeli forces.

More than 48,500 people were killed as a result of the war, according to the Ministry of Health, run by Hamas. This does not distinguish between civilians and terrorists.

The IDF last estimated that he killed more than 17,000 Hamas operatives during the war.
