With less than two weeks of tax day, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services is said to be advising illegal immigrants on how to earn up to $14,000 in tax refunds from the IRS.
According to independent journalist Savanah Hernandez, the company's representatives are handing out information outside the immigration shelter at the Roosevelt Hotel, providing tax returns tips showing how illegal aliens can earn thousands of dollars from the IRS based on the number of children they claim they have.
Hernandez presented a flyer informing immigrants that they could get a refund of $7,650 if they were to claim one child, $12,635 if they had two, and $7,650 if they were to claim $14,255 for three children.

After Hernandez posted the video on X, Government Efficiency Bureau (DOGE) chief Elon Musk pointed out that this type of scam is at the expense of billions of dollars in the US and providing services to attract illegals to the country.
“Paying for IRS refund fraud is one of several measures Democrats use to attract and maintain illegal immigrants in America. So they're against @doge stopping this!” Musk wrote.
“The Democrats are helping and veteraning fraudulent government payments to illegals to establish a permanent one-party majority nationwide, as they did in California,” he said. “The more you look into it, the more crazy it becomes.”
