John Wayne Bobbitt, who gained notoriety in 1993 after his then-wife cut off his penis, said women attack their genitals because they are distraught.

Bobbitt said he did not feel any physical pain during the attack because of nerve damage caused by exposure to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune Military Training Facility in the late 1980s.
But he said Guo’s alleged victims were “probably in great pain.”
Police said Guo told police that she cut off his penis. WKRC News 12 reported. She stabbed him when they got into an argument about her pregnancy and whether he was her father.
“She said she did not try to kill him, but admitted that she stabbed him because she was ‘very angry,'” the report said, citing a police affidavit.
