Recently, the U.S. military executed significant precision strikes on three key Iranian nuclear facilities: Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.
For years, we’ve discussed what a threat this regime poses. Our goal was clear: to dismantle Iran’s nuclear enrichment capabilities and curb the nuclear peril stemming from a nation that supports terrorism.
Tonight, I can confidently announce that this operation marks a remarkable military success. Iran’s primary nuclear facilities have been entirely neutralized. This once-aggressive nation in the Middle East must now consider peace, or else we may have to carry out even more extensive actions in the future.
For four decades, Iran has chanted “death to America, death to Israel.” They’ve been responsible for countless casualties, causing tremendous harm with their roadside bombs.
We’ve lost many lives over the years in the Middle East due to their animosity, particularly at the hands of their general, Qassem Soleimani.
I resolved long ago that we wouldn’t tolerate this any longer. I’d like to express gratitude to Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu; our collaboration has been exceptional in addressing this alarming threat to Israel.
I also want to acknowledge the impressive efforts of the Israeli military, as well as to celebrate the American patriots who piloted those formidable aircraft during the operation.
Ideally, such military interventions won’t be necessary again. I hope that’s true. Special thanks go to General Din “Razin” Kain for his pivotal role in this operation.
We must not allow this to persist. It’s a matter of peace or, quite possibly, greater tragedy in Iran than we’ve seen recently.
Let’s not forget—there are still many targets left. Tonight’s mission was challenging and perhaps the most critical, but if peace remains elusive, we’ll pursue those other objectives with precision and speed. Most could be neutralized quickly.
There’s no other military in the world that could have achieved what we did tonight. It’s unprecedented.
Tomorrow, General Kane and Defense Secretary Pete Hegses will provide updates at a press conference at the Pentagon at 8 AM. Thank you to everyone, and especially to God. We are grateful for our armed forces. May God bless the Middle East, Israel, and America. Thank you very much.
